Whistleblowing

At Quori we enable our personnel to raise any concerns they may have about the business or any activities they believe are not in line with our Code of Conduct. All concerns raised are reviewed and investigated by our internal team, or in some cases using external resources.

Any investigations that identify unethical behaviour result in disciplinary action, and where appropriate referral to independent authorities.

We encourage all personnel to report any concerns about serious wrongdoing, such as illegal activity, breaches of regulations or company policy at report@quori.io. All reports will be treated in the strictest confidence.

Environment

Quori conducts business in a manner that protects and sustains the environment. The company is committed to:

• Assessing environmental impacts of our work, and providing training and advice to clients and end users on any potential environmental impacts where Quori software is in use
• Encouraging employees to adopt good housekeeping measures to save energy, and non-paper-based communications where possible, as well as recycle paper and other office waste responsibly
• Assuring compliance with both the spirit and intent of local and national laws and regulations
• Managing the balance between both business requirements and environmental impacts with service providers being assessed on both these aspects
• Maintaining a cloud-based approach to Quori delivery to help reduce the carbon footprint associated with power provision
• Maintaining support of older mobile devices, where the operating system version is still actively supported by the manufacturer, to help reduce the requirement for new devices
• Actively scaling services to use the minimum infrastructure possible to meet the current demand

Health and Safety

Quori’s policy is to provide safe and healthy working conditions, quality equipment and systems of work for all employees and independent contractors as well as provide such information, training and supervision needed for this purpose.

All Quori management personnel have a legal responsibility to ensure the health and safety at work of employees, contractors, and visitors to the company premises, as well as other persons who may be affected by the company’s activities. It is every individual’s duty to take care of their own health and safety at work, co-operate and comply with health and safety arrangements, and not to compromise the safety of others. Failure to do so may be regarded as a disciplinary offence. Quori is committed to providing the training necessary to allow individuals to fulfil their HSE responsibilities.

Human Rights

Quori’s policy is to respect the culture, religion and ethnic customs, human dignity and human rights of the communities and countries in which its products are used, and where its personnel and sub-contractors work.

All company employees will to the best of their ability and wherever possible, rigorously oppose violation of these rights. Part of the risk management process includes an assessment of the impact of Quori products and services on those rights holders, and, where appropriate, consultation takes place with such rights holders as part of mitigating any potential human rights impacts.

Quori seeks to ensure the full integration of all personnel in their work environment, regardless of their ethnic or social origin, color, gender, gender identification or reassignment, religion, nationality, sexual orientation or other distinguishing characteristics.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Quori is dedicated to ensuring that all its activities are conducted to the highest degree of integrity and corporate social responsibility. To ensure the highest ethical standards Quori delivers Anti-Bribery and Corruption Training to all personnel and contractors. This ensures that Quori personnel follow the Company Code of Conduct and Code of Business Conduct.
